I use the latest research summaries and evidence-based sources, which are continuously updated. Disclaimer: There is no globally unified certification for nutrition. This means that while I can practice as a Health Coach in most countries, I am not a Registered Dietitian, even though I have worked as a nutritionist in a Public Health Institution. You should also consult your local Registered Dietitian or qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. I am not liable for any health outcomes that may result from applying the information I share, and by using my services you agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions. My role is to support and guide you with the best and latest findings, always encouraging professional medical consultation when needed.

How do consultations work?

We meet online or in person, depending on your preference and your whereabouts (location).

Do you create meal plans for families?

I do create them, and I have generic meal plans. But Action plans work better than meal plans so I don’t recommend them in the classical form. I work with families, children, and individuals. I tend to make plans practical and flexible
