Group Coaching Program (6 Months)

Group Coaching with 26 sessions, consisting of 1 initial 2-3-hour session to assess each member’s status. And 25 follow-ups, with a follow-up of a 1-hour group session to monitor group progress, refine each plan, and keep everyone accountable. Nutrition consultations are spread across 26 weeks, with one session every week. Ideal for addressing complex health goals and building lasting habits, including ongoing, shorter support between sessions.
